Georgios Bekas
Civil Engineer | Drone, LiDAR & Geospatial Specialist
Georgios Bekas is a Civil Engineer, PhD holder and certified UAS pilot with extensive experience in topographic surveying, GIS, drone mapping and LiDAR scanning.
For years, he has worked on surveying and engineering projects combining GNSS/RTK measurements, photogrammetry, LiDAR, point clouds and geospatial data processing to produce accurate technical and mapping deliverables.
He holds a PhD in Operational Research, an MSc in Environmental Engineering and an MBA, and is a Class C Energy and Building Inspector as well as a TMEDE-registered certified property valuer. He is fluent in German and English at the highest (C2) level.
Depending on the requirements of each project, he works in collaboration with other engineers and specialised professionals, providing integrated solutions from field data acquisition and 3D surveying to GIS analysis and final engineering documentation.
